Operations platform for a $20M/year Amazon business

The client scaled from $11M to $20M a year buying discounted products from retail sites and reselling them on Amazon. Growth came with a hidden cost: with thousands of orders flowing through email inboxes, spreadsheets, and a remote team of buyers, roughly 1.5% of revenue — about $300K a year — was quietly leaking away.

Missed refunds, cancelled-but-charged orders, lost shipments, and unclaimed Amazon reimbursements don't announce themselves. At this volume, nobody can watch every order by hand — so the losses were simply being written off.

We built one platform that runs the entire operation. Order confirmations, shipping updates, cancellations, and refunds from more than fifteen retailers are picked up from email automatically and turned into live order records by AI — no manual data entry.

Every order is then followed from the retailer, through the prep warehouse, into Amazon, so each dollar is tracked from purchase to payout. The system flags short shipments, missing refunds, and stalled orders the moment they happen, and helps the team file reimbursement claims instead of eating the loss.
