Content intelligence for a $500K/month creator agency

A private content-intelligence system for a creator management agency whose talent generates $500K/month: every day at 5pm it scans X for genuinely viral posts — measured by reach against follower count, not vanity metrics — and delivers a curated, ranked digest to the team's Discord.

The problem

The agency's growth engine is pattern-matching: find what's going viral in the niche, adapt it for each creator on the roster. Finding those patterns meant the team manually scrolling X for hours every day — a bottleneck that capped how many accounts they could scale at once.

Raw view counts made the manual work worse, because they lie. A million views on a ten-million-follower account is a normal Tuesday; the same million on an account of five thousand is a pattern worth studying. Separating real signal from vanity metrics by hand is exactly the kind of judgment that doesn't survive hour three of scrolling.

What we built

We built a private system that runs autonomously. Every day at 5pm it scans thousands of posts across the platform in the agency's niche and filters them against the client's exact definition of viral — views relative to follower count, a real reach multiple rather than a raw number.

Findings are cross-validated before they're trusted: a caption pattern is only flagged as proven once it has worked across multiple creators, and results are segmented by account size so each talent gets strategies drawn from accounts at their scale — not from celebrities they can't imitate.

The system learns as it runs. Accounts that keep producing winners join a self-growing watch list, and the vocabulary it scans for expands from what actually performs. Discovery never touches the client's real accounts, so the accounts that earn the revenue carry zero platform risk. The finished digest lands in the team's Discord, ranked and ready to act on.

The management team

  • Open a curated digest in Discord at 5pm daily instead of scrolling X for hours
  • See every post ranked by real reach multiple — views against follower count
  • Trust flagged caption patterns: each one proved itself across multiple creators
  • Spend the recovered hours scaling additional talent

Each creator on the roster

  • Gets strategies segmented to their account size, not a celebrity's
  • Adapts patterns that already worked instead of guessing
  • Keeps their real accounts untouched — discovery runs fully separate
  • Benefits from a watch list that grows as new winning accounts emerge

What changed

  • Hundreds of viral posts surfaced weekly against the agency's own quality bar
  • Digests went from zero usable posts to a consistent 10+ per day
  • Discovery grew from 13 tracked accounts to a self-expanding watch list
  • Manual scrolling cut to near-zero — capacity freed to take on more talent
